We go out of our way to make the process of selecting your customised fitted kitchen or bedroom furniture as stress free and uncomplicated as possible. So what happens after you initially contact us?

Basically we follow a simple 5 stage process as follows:

Design Consultation

We like to meet our prospective clients and discuss in detail their particular requirements. Experience tells us that everyone has different ideas and needs and we like to ensure that these are noted and form part of the design process.

Measure and design

Once we have the design stage completed we will then come and measure up on site at your convenience. Alternatively we can design from plans but insist on measuring on site at a later stage to eliminate any room for error prior to production.

Modify and agree

Having done the above we then invite you to come and see what your kitchen/bedroom will look like. We do this by using the latest computer enhanced imaging software on the market. It is at this stage that adjustments and changes can be made to the overall design.

Make and install

At this point we will then start to craft your design. All our staff are qualified craftsmen and enjoy making plans come to life. We are now ready to install your new furniture at times convenient to you. Our professional fitters are under instruction to leave your home exactly as they found it. We appreciate the importance of this for both you and us.

Our follow up

After we install your customised fitted kitchen or bedroom furniture we like to either visit or call our clients to ensure all the initial requirements have been met and that you are fully satisfied with the work we have done for you.
